Registration for the 2012 OrACRAO Annual Meeting is now OPEN! The conference will be held May 6-8, 2012 at Sunriver Resort in beautiful Sunriver Oregon. We look forward to seeing you there!

Registration Fees
The registration fee covers all meals (Sunday night dinner, all Monday meals, Tuesday brunch), entertainment, and all meeting facilities.

Mentoring
A significant benefit of OrACRAO is the opportunity to meet and get to know colleagues from around the state. We want to make sure that those attending the conference for the first time are greeted well and get to know someone else who has more experience within the organization. For this reason, we ask that first-time attendees identify themselves as such on their registration forms and also encourage others to serve as mentors for these first-time attendees.
OrACRAO asks that mentors be prepared to answer first-time attendee questions, introduce their mentees to others attending the conference, eat one or more conference meals with mentees, and exchange business cards for post-conference follow-up. Mentor volunteers should plan to attend the first-time welcome session on Sunday if possible. Thanks for serving OrACRAO and our new colleagues in this important way!
