The Oregon Garden Resort

OrACRAO has made arrangements with the Oregon Garden Resort for the following lodging options during the annual conference:

Available Rooms and Rates

  2 Queen Beds $70 single $89      double
  King Bed $70 single $89 double
 
  The charge for an extra person is $15
  All rates have a 10% room tax

The above rates are available on Saturday, May 1; Sunday, May 2; Monday, May 3 and Tuesday, May 4.

Amenities include: signature Moonstone mattress and bedding, fireplaces in all rooms, a private patio garden or deck, fridge, coffeemaker, TV, desk, High Speed Internet access, phone with direct dial number and voicemail and admission to the Oregon Garden.

There is a pool and hot tub and conference attendees will also receive 10% off spa services.

Conference Room Block Release Deadline: April 15

The rooms being held for OrACRAO will be released for booking to the public after that date. If there are available rooms we will be able to reserve them at the block rate, but there is no guarantee of room availability.

Reservations

Individual reservations can be made online. Click on “book a room”. On the next page click on “group” and continue. The group name is OrACRAO and the Password is OrACRAO.

If the reservation system is being picky call the resort directly at 1-503-874-2500 or toll free at 1-800-966-6490. To receive the established group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of OrACRAO when making the initial reservation. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Check-in Policies

  1. Check in time for all guests is 3:00 p.m.
  2. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  3. All reservations require one night’s deposit, by check or credit card, for each room reserved. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
  4. The Oregon Garden Resort is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds surrounding the resort.
  5. Pets are only allowed in Pet Friendly rooms.
