Meeting Lodging

 

OrACRAO has made arrangements with Sunriver Resort for the following lodging options during
the 2012 Annual Meeting:

Available Rooms and Rates

$89 for single or double Lodge Village Guestroom (government rate).  Please note that guests using this rate must check in with valid government ID  (i.e. usually your employee ID if you work at a public institution).

$119 for a single or double Lodge Village Guestroom (non-government rate)

There is a 10.5% tax as well as a 11% resort fee with a 1% tax on the resort fee.

The above rates are available on Wednesday, May 2 through Saturday, May 12 (in case you want to
make a mini vacation out of it with your family).

*** Onsite private vacation homes/condominiums are available through Sunriver. Check with reservation desk for pricing and availability.

Conference Room Block Release Deadline: April 12, 2012

The rooms being held for OrACRAO will be released for booking to the public after April 12th. You are encouraged to book early to secure your room and receive the discounted conference rates. After April 12th, Sunriver would  be happy to extend group rates as long as there is room availability in the contract rate room types, but there is no guarantee of room or rate availability after April 12th.

Call the resort directly at 1-800-547-3922 to make reservations. To receive the established group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of OrACRAO when making the initial reservation. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

 

Important Cancellation Policy

Lodge Village Guestrooms must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date in order to avoid being charged the equivalent of one night’s lodging.

Onsite private vacation homes/condominiums must be cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date in order to avoid being charged the equivalent of two night’s lodging.
