Annual Meeting Lodging Reservations
OrACRAO has made arrangements with The Resort At The Mountain for the following lodging options during the 2013 Annual Meeting:
Available Rooms and Rates
$115 for single or double resort room (government rate). Please note that guests using this rate must check in with valid government ID (i.e. usually your employee ID if you work at a public institution). There is a 7% tax as well as a $15 per day resort fee.
The above rates are available on Friday, May 18 through Tuesday, May 21 (in case you want to make a weekend out of it with your family).
Conference Room Block Release Deadline: April 19, 2013
The rooms being held for OrACRAO will be released for booking to the public after April 19th. You are encouraged to book early to secure your room and receive the discounted conference rates. After April 19th, The Resort At The Mountain will try to extend group rates as long as there is room availability in the contract rate room types, but there is no guarantee of room or rate availability after April 19th.

To receive the established group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of OrACRAO by providing the Group Code: ORC when making the initial reservation. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Important Cancellation Policy
Guestrooms must be cancelled by 4 PM 5 days prior to arrival date in order to avoid being charged the equivalent of one night’s lodging.

Scholarships
The purpose of the 2013 OrACRAO Annual Meeting Scholarship is to support attendance at the OrACRAO Annual Meeting and encourage members to get involved in OrACRAO programs, events, and networking opportunities. The Scholarship covers the cost of the conference registration, including conference meals. (Travel expenses and lodging are the responsibility of the member institution.)
We received 13 applications this year! The committee has reviewed the applicants and in accordance with our Selection Criteria:
While weight is given to those who are new to the profession or new to Oregon, all applications are considered. Given an adequate number and quality of applications, we strive to award at least one scholarship to each educational sector: community college, 4-year public, and 4-year private.
We have chosen 3 recipients for this year’s scholarship funds. We hope that everyone who wishes to is able to attend the OrACRAO Annual Meeting.
