Vendor Policy

OrACRAO invites the participation of its vendor partners through the following venues.

  1. Annual Conference Participation
    1. Vendors wishing to attend the annual conference will register and pay vendor the registration fee. This provides ability to display materials/services, and attend all/any conference sessions, meals, and activities.
    2. Sponsor an event at the conference, i.e. breaks, meals, activities, conference materials and/or supplies
    3. Sponsor an ad in the conference brochure at cost plus 25%.
  2. Vendor access to membership
    1. Vendors wishing access to OrACRAO membership list (names, addresses, phone, fax, and email) will not be available for individual purchase, but must be submitted to OrACRAO Executive Board for consideration. Approved ads/promotions will be forwarded out to the membership via the OrACRAO listserve by the Board, with a disclaimer of vendor publication/contact and not endorsed by OrACRAO. The fee for a vendor to post on the OrACRAO listserve will be $100.00 per listing.
  3. Vendor Event Sponsorship
    1. Vendors can participate by sponsoring other events such as workshops, speakers etc. as approved by the Executive Board. Cost to be determined by event and sponsorship medium.
