Transcripts request forms available on web at www.lclark.edu/~reg. Written requests must include name and dates when attended LC, address(es) where transcripts should be sent number of transcripts ordering, SSN#, and signature authorizing release of transcript(s).Official transcripts are stamped on sealed envelope. Transcript paper is Scrip-Safe.

Transcript Cost: $5 for each for the first two copies and $2 for each additional copy. Charges apply each time transcripts are ordered. Allow two to four business days to process transcript requests.
