Transcript Information

Instructions
Transcript request information available on web at www.pcc.edu under Your Student Record. Written request must include name, name while attending PCC, social security number, address to where transcript is to be sent, numbers of copies, signature and method of payment. If payment by credit card, name of credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) card number, expiration date, current address, telephone number and signature of card holder. Portland Community College accepts transcripts from other colleges as official if they meet the following requirements. Transcripts received by mail and/or hand delivered transcripts will be accepted as official if unopened and seal is not broken.

$3.00 for each transcript
