Transcript Information

Instructions
Transcript request instructions are available on the Web at http://www.wou.edu/provost/registrar/forms/transcript_instruct.php. Requests must include full name and any previous name, current mailing address and telephone number, student ID/SSN, approximate dates of attendance, date of birth, date of WOU degree earned (if any), complete address where transcript(s) should be mailed, number of transcripts requested, and student’s signature. Unsigned requests will not be processed.

Transcript Cost:
Standard – $5.00 per copy (transcripts are mailed within 10 business days)
Rush – $10.00 per copy (transcripts are mailed within 3 business days)
Same day Rush – $30 per copy (transcripts must be ordered before 2pm)
