Meet with Oregon College and University representatives to learn more about transferring to their schools.

Uniform timeslots for events AND allocation of 1 hour before start of each event for 4 year representatives to meet with community college advising staff:

• ALL Daytime events— 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
  

  		9:00 – 9:30 am	Event check-in and advisor “meet and greet”
  		9:30 – 10:00 am	Event setup
  		10:00 am – 1:00 pm	OTD Event

      4 year representatives expected to have their setup completed by 10:00 am

• ALL Evening events— 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  

  		3:00 – 3:30 pm	Event check-in and advisor “meet and greet”
  		3:30 – 4:00 pm	Event setup
  		4:00 – 6:00 pm	OTD Event

      4 year representatives expected to have their setup completed by 4:00 pm
